Delivery Confirmation: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Address Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Failed Deliveries: If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we can reship it, but the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional fees associated with resending the package.
